This website is run by Contrast Co., the company behind the cntrst brand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Contrast Co. You can reach us at hello@cntrst.co.

Accepting these terms

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be 18 or older to use it. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorised to accept these terms for that business.

What this website is for

The site explains what we do and lets you book a free strategy call or send us a message. You can't buy anything here. If we agree to work together, that work will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms.

Strategy calls

Strategy calls are free and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards. Anything we share on a call is general guidance based on what you tell us. It isn't financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and you should get professional advice before acting on those kinds of decisions.

No guaranteed results

Any results, examples or figures we mention describe what's possible, not what you'll get. Results depend on many things we don't control, including your audience, your offer, your market and how you act on our recommendations. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, revenue or growth.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and give accurate information in our forms. Don't submit someone else's details without their permission, and don't try to interfere with the site, overload it, scrape it, or use our forms to send spam.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and branding on this site belong to Contrast Co. or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy, republish or reuse our content without asking us first. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners.

Other services

Booking and calls run on third-party services such as Cal.com and Google Meet, and their own terms apply when you use them. We aren't responsible for third-party websites we link to.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may correct, change or remove parts of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or a free strategy call. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you're responsible for any claims, losses or costs that result, including reasonable legal fees.

Suspending access

We may restrict or block access to the site, or decline to deal with anyone who breaks these terms or misuses our forms or calls.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email us first. We'll try in good faith to resolve it with you informally within 30 days before either of us takes it further.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you that can't be removed by agreement.

General

• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site. A separate written agreement covers any paid work.
• You can't transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours, for example to the company that continues our business.
• Using the site doesn't create any partnership, employment or agency relationship between us.
• We may send you notices by email. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
